Take your data journey to the next level
What is a KNIME DataHop?
DataHop is KNIME’s roadshow event series. Join us in Frankfurt to hear best practices for working with data, learn about low-code/no-code data science with KNIME, and expand your network by connecting with industry peers and experts in a local, intimate setting. This is an in-person event only.
About KNIME
KNIME’s free and open source analytics platform enables anyone — no matter their expertise — to intuitively work with data. KNIME Business Hub is the commercial complement to the analytics platform and enables users to collaborate on data science and share insights across the organization. Together, they support the complete data science lifecycle, allowing teams at all levels of analytics readiness to support the operationalization of data and to build a scalable data science practice. KNIME users are further supported with learning resources and a repository of analytic blueprints built by KNIME and the open source community.
What to expect
Hear from the KNIME Team to learn about the latest product offerings and enhancements.
Hear customer use cases, the challenges and opportunities others are experiencing, and important industry trends in data science, analytics, GenAI, and more.
Attend a hands-on workshop to learn about the basics of data science in KNIME, or more advanced topics like productionizing workflows.
End the day by mingling with peers and unwinding with hors d'oeuvres.
Workshops
Workshop 1: Enrich Data Analytics with GenAI (120min)
During this hands-on workshop, we will explore a fraud detection use case and we will exploit the multi-language capabilities of GenAI to automatically generate custom alert messages. You will get familiar with the free low-code tool KNIME Analytics Platform, techniques for fraud detection, LLMs, and the use of GenAI via the KNIME AI Extension (Labs).
Without any coding experience you will learn to:
- Detect frauds in investment contracts visually and using statistical techniques
- Prompt engineer an LLM via the OpenAI integration
- Create a vector store from a corpus of different types of investment contracts (the knowledge base)
Other KNIME AI integrations we will discuss include GPT4All, Hugging Face, Chroma, FAISS and more. Please bring your laptop with KNIME Analytics Platform and KNIME AI Extension (Labs) already installed.
Workshop 2: Deploy a GenAI enriched workflow on KNIME Business Hub (120min)
If you already have some experience with KNIME Analytics Platform and GenAI, learn about how to make your AI-enriched workflow available to any number of people in the organization. Starting from a prepared workflow, we will build together a data app to display email alerts around suspicious fraudulent contracts. We will then explore the features of KNIME Business Hub to deploy the interactive data app on KNIME Business Hub.
Here you will learn to:
- Build a data app to display email alerts
- Deploy the data app onto KNIME Business Hub and make it available to authenticated users on a web browser
Please bring your laptop with KNIME Analytics Platform and KNIME AI Extension (Labs) already installed.
